1.
Garment Selection |
| |
| Browse our
catalogue or website and find the garment you need.
On this website we have listed the items that our
customers who require branding buy the most. If you
cannot immediately see the right garment for you
then please let us know - we specialise in sourcing
specialist garments from a wide range of suppliers
that fall outside the norm! |
| |
|
2.
Branding requirements |
| |
| Finalise which
designs you want to brand onto the clothing and in
which positions. |
| |
|
3.
Free Design Consultation |
| |
| One of our
experienced team will advise you on the best and
most cost effective method of branding your
clothing, depending on your budget, design
requirements and desired lead times. Please call us
to discuss your requirements! |
| |
|
4.
Quotation |
| |
| Once we have a
good idea of your garment and branding requirements,
we will issue you with an accurate and competitive
quotation. This quotation will take into account the
volume of the order to allow you to benefit from
economies of scale, and also the amount of branding
that you wish to apply to the garments. |
| |
|
5.
Viewing Samples |
| |
|
If you
are an account customer, we will be happy to send
you up to 2 samples of unbranded garments per order
for you to view before committing to buy - on the
understanding that if the samples are returned to us
in a poor condition we will issue an invoice for
them. If you are a new customer requiring samples we
will ask for a credit card number to insure us
against sending them to you. |
| |
|
6.
Placing your order |
| |
|
Orders
can be placed by telephone, fax or email. The Sales
Team will contact you to clarify any issues, and
email a written order confirmation outlining the
details of the order. Any mistakes, omissions or
changes to the job spec need to be highlighted at
this stage. Once you have approved the written order
confirmation, digitising and artwork setup will take
place. |
| |
|
6.
Digitising and Artwork Setup |
| |
| At this stage our
production team will set up your designs ready for
the production process to begin. Embroidery, screen
printing, heat pressing and laser etching all incur
recoverable setup costs, so if changes are made to
the logo or designs at this stage then charges
incurred this far will be invoiced. |
| |
|
7.
Final Authorisation |
| |
|
If
required, a photo of a sample showing how the
garment will look with the branding can be sent by
email. If a visual sample is sent, confirmation will
be required by the customer before the production
run starts. |
| |
|
8.
Production |
| |
| Normally we
require 2 weeks turnaround times to complete orders,
but can work to tighter deadlines if necessary.
Delays in production for any reason will be flagged
up to the customer immediately. |
| |
|
9.
Payment |
| |
| New customers are
required to pay by cash, credit card, cheque or bank
transfer in full before delivery of the finished
order. We require upfront payment of 50% for orders
over £1000 in value. |
